Good morning, everyone! Noodle the Schnoodle here.
Yep, that’s me. Good looking mug, huh? 😉
It’s been a few days as I have realized from reading other blogs that it’s about quality not quantity when writing. Nothing overly exciting has been happening here, mostly due to the fact that Mom works during the week and that eliminates any possibility of fun. Of course, it’s the weekend now and she’s going to be leaving me for the whole day. The whole day, I say! Why? She has to go help my grandpa with a few things. If it was for any other reason/person, I would throw a fit but I love my grandpa, so I’ll let him borrow her for a few hours.
It’s been very cold here in the mornings and we’ve been doing our best to stay snuggled with each other as long as possible in the morning:
Dad isn’t amused by my need to be so close. Whereas Mom finds it adorable and savors every moment of loving cuddles, Dad acts like I’m suffocating him. OKAY! FINE! Sometimes I do put my nose right on his and breathe into his nose. Or lay on his face. Or across his neck. And I panic if it’s a weekday and Mom’s leaving for work. And I dig him out of the blanket and give him flea bites. SHEESH! Give me a break, people!
There is a reason for me to be completely neurotic and his name is Jamison. Do you know that cat had the nerve to hop up on the bed with us last night and put my entire foot in his mouth?! He….tried….to….eat….my….foot! What is wrong with that thing?!
I can’t even type about it. The memory of it is making me want to crawl out of my skin.
Speaking of my skin, remember I told you about my spot that used to look like Mickey Mouse? I had Mom take a picture of it. Like I said, it has expanded a bit as I have…grown. Yeah, grown.
It used to be a perfect Mickey. Remember I also said that I think I have over a thousand spots? Well, with my fresh hair cut you can really see em:
You can tell that when my fur grows, it only looks like I have freckle spots along my spine. But underneath is spot city!
And, finally, I have a gecko update! Mom was getting worried since she hadn’t seen them since she let them go but this morning she spotted one:

I have to go now. Mom’s getting ready to leave so I have to go give her huggies. I’ll leave you all with this cute picture I found:

I love your spots! I can still see Mickey there too. How rude of Jamison to try to eat your foot – you must be very tasty! I love the little gecko. When we visit family in Florida, we always see skinks and we think they’re just the cutest little things!

Looks like you are taking advantage of your human heater in bed – all snugged up to your Dad – VERY SMART! As for the cat eating your foot – you musta stepped in something yummy otherwise can’t imagine why he’d want to eat your tootsie! I love that poster mentioning BACON – you know I’m a bacon-a-holic! I also love your spots – even the “used to be Mickey” !

Hello, Noodle. You certainly do have a lot of nice spots. And it looks as if you have a nice, cozy place to snuggle in the morning. When do you like to get up in the morning? My People say I am the laziest member of the household because when it’s cold in the winter, I don’t like to get up until 9.

Hi, Albert! I am an early riser – you know why? When you wake up, it’s breakfast time! During the week, Mom leaves for work at 7 am, so that’s when I start working on getting Dad up. On the weekend, I shoot for 7:30 but sometimes I lounge until 8. Khia could stay in bed FOREVER! She’s a lazy dog.

I love kisses! I get SOOOOO many. Sometimes I have to push Mom away because she smothers me. I usually wait until after the 100th kiss. I never thought of spots being dapple. Hmmm. Interesting. As for girlfriends, I only have eyes for one girl – Khia. We have a weird relationship. Sometimes it’s like brother/sister, other times she’s my girlfriend. Mom says I need to figure it out because your sister can’t be your girlfriend. YOU’RE IT!
