All it does here every evening is storm.
It’s been storming so much that Molly’s even freaking out less. Don’t get me wrong – she still gets scared but she’s not trembling like an earthquake is inside her.
She’s pretty much fine now as long as she can sit near someone.
Mom has been wondering how a dog Molly’s age could still be scared of thunder in FL where it storms every afternoon in the summer. Maybe Molly lived outside her whole life and that’s why she was scared and is slowly getting better? As long as she gets better. That’s all that matters 🙂
Saturday morning, Macy and I were super excited to go to Obedience School.
We now know that when Dad comes home from the flea market on Saturday mornings, it’s time to go and we get so hyper that Mom loses her mind because it’s impossible to get our leashes on. So much for becoming obedient at Obedience School. BOL!
On Sunday, Dad was blowing bubbles for the littlest grandson. Macy and I had never seen them before. She loved them and I did not. Suspicious things those bubbles are!
In an odd turn of events, I have nothing chaotic to report! Imagine that!
Happy Monday, friends!!!

My guys have not gotten used to thunderstorms. Sid has lived here for 9 years, Shelby is a native Floridian, as is Sophie. The puppies loved bubbles. They would chase them all over the place. I haven’t tried them with this group. They have fears of everything.

Humans will never figure us pups out. Just like we will never figure you humans out 😉 Imagine if Sid, Shelby and Sophie actually liked bubbles?! I mean, I don’t recommend it because I think they’re creepy. *ear licks* Noodle

You can have them! Mom used to hate storms because it meant having to wipe our muddy feet but now we won’t even go out in the rain so no wiping 🙂

HI Noodle Boodle, he he. School must be a ton of fun. Mom always home schooled me. Don’t eat those bubbles – they will give you the oopsie poopsies. ❤ Your girl, Lexi

Mom’s trying to home school Molly and it’s not going very well. Mom yelled at Dad for letting Macy eat the bubbles. They last thing we need is another poop storm in the house! Hope you’re feeling well, my girl! *ear licks*

Hi Noodle! I agree with you on the bubbles, they are right up there with those round hoop things my Margret wanted me to walk through. Nope not this girl!
I’m glad that Molly is getting better about storms. It’s not fun being scared.
My Margret says we celebrate “no chaos” days around here. Maybe you guys can have a party! ~ nose nudges Belle

Luckily, from what you’re saying, I have no experience with those round hoops. A no chaos party? That sounds fun!!!

We are so glad you are having some non_chaotic time. But we were getting worried not hearing from you. We have also been in a rainy pattern of weather. It’s just all so wet, yuck!

Sorry, friends! We didn’t mean to worry you. Are you on facebook? If so, Mom can email you the link to her profile and you can add her as a friend!

I don’t mind the storms. Now that Molly’s starting to calm down, a nice evening storm is great for snuggling. Bubbles are evil. I very much agree with you and won’t tell anyone your secret!

So how did obedience school go? Did you and Macy have fun? Bubbles are scary – Mom got some catnip bubbles once thinking I’d like them but I really didn’t….you can’t trust a bubble – they will pop when they FEEL like it!

Glad Macy is settling. I have a friend named Morris who flunked obedience school. Hang in there. It is fun to learn and get treats.

There’s one dog in the class that is going to flunk but it’s not his fault. His owner doesn’t do what the trainer tells her to do. Poor guy. Hope he doesn’t think it’s his fault…

Hi Noodles,
Nothing chaotic to report …are you sure ??
I’m scared of NOTHING, nothing I tell you …well apart from cans of soda …boy they are really, really terrifying !!!!
LikeLiked by 1 person
Truly nothing chaotic. Is that sign of mass chaos to come? Cans of soda? That’s interesting!
LikeLiked by 1 person
Definitely a sign of major chaos LOL, Cans of soda have me running behind the sofa to hide, it could be the hissing sound when the can is opened or the bubbles that went up my nose the first time I sniffed the stuff ..either way they are spooky things and think they should be banned !!!!

Hmmm…this is a strange fear. It makes it a little funnier knowing how big you are and how small a can of soda is 🙂

Boomer hates storms, too! But they don’t happen every day in Missouri like they do in Florida. That’s probably why each and every one is scary to him (that, or he hates fireworks so much that he thinks thunder and lightning are fireworks!).

Poor Boomer 😦 I think Molly used to keep thunder and fireworks in the same category. I wish I could teach her the difference. Hmmm…

Bubbles…hehe Kali runs and hides when she sees a bubble. I’m a wee bit braver but they scare me when they pop.
