After waiting for what seemed like forever, Lexi and I FINALLY went on our cruise!
I picked a one-night cruise because Lexi is so busy campaigning that I knew she couldn’t afford to be away for too long.
Mom drove me to pick her up this time and then dropped us both off at the port:
We went right to our cabin to put our stuff away. Then, we headed down to the pool deck:
Since neither of us likes swimming (or baths), we voted a big fat NO to swimming.
BUT as much as neither of us like water, we saw something we just HAD to try:
What a blast that was!!!
Soon it was time for dinner. We had bacon wrapped chicken with a side of hamburgers and fries. Then we had vanilla ice cream for dessert. Mmmmmmmm!
After dinner, we went out to the deck to watch the sunset:
It was VERY romanticals 😀
Once the sun was tucked into his bed, we did what my girl loves most…we went DANCING:
We danced the night away. When the DJ called out that it was closing time, we were the only ones still dancing. We even danced all the way to our cabin…without music! BOL!
It was so late/early that we only caught an hour of snoozies before we were back in port.
It was a short trip but we had such a great time.
I can’t wait for our next adventure, Lexi ❤
You two sure know how to party LOL

ooooh you really entered that fabulous love boat! what a wonderful idea to spend the weekend that way… and yes, stay away from the pool, there is enough water around the ship, so water is needed on the ship, right?

Everything is water water water on cruises. So crazy. Clearly a dog didn’t invent it.

Hi Jamison! Very sorry for the delayed response…Puppy has been VERY lazy with her blogging lately. But when I told Samantha the news…she jumped for joy! 🙂

Wow Noodle buddy. You’re just sooooooo lucky. I’ve never been on a cruise, or even seen one. Where is the grass and trees and fields? If I went on a cruise, I’d like to just play around grass and trees and chase rabbits in fields. Woof! Ray.

Hmmm. I’ll have to see if there are any cruises like that. Most cruises involve water. Yikes!

Noodle honey, what wonderful surprise that you put all our photos together and shared them with our blog community! I remember that side – I kept my eyes squeezed shut the whole way down while you were hollering like a crazy dog! And the night on deck with you while the sun set and then sang to me while we danced – oh sweetie, I will never forget those moments. I am so glad we went before I had my surgery!!

You made me laugh so hard when we went down that slide! This was the best trip, Lexi! I’m so glad we were able to go before your surgery, too. You need to get better fast. I have something else planned already 🙂
