Good morning, friends!
You’ll have to excuse my anger but I’m just blown away. I am at a loss. I need to know who gave my Mom a license to cut my furs?
“What’s wrong,” you ask? I’ll tell you!
On Friday night, Mom “groomed” me (more like maimed me). I have been having a really bad allergy flare up and I have scabs all over my cute little body. As Mom “groomed” me with the clippers, some of my scabs pulled and started to bleed. Then, she forgot to clip my left ear and a piece of my mustache on the left. Now I’m lopsided! Just look:
Look at all that fur underneath my left ear (your right)!!!
She also felt compelled to shave my feet. She claimed it was to keep fleas off. I’m pretty sure that was code for, “I want to torture you even more”.
But it didn’t stop there, friend. No…it got worse.
After my post-“grooming” (butchering) bath, she did the unthinkable. She cut my nails. Nail trimming is extremely traumatic for me. I cry and cry and cry. Because of this, Mom hadn’t been keeping up with my nail trims (YAY!). Well, my left dewclaw grows in a curl and it’s very hard to clip (YAY!). Except she clipped it that night. To prevent the curling, she clipped it shorter than normal and guess what happened? SHE CLIPPED THE QUICK! She got me, friends. I bled! She made me BLEED!

Just what was she thinking?! What did I do to deserve it all?!
All I know is she’s been getting major stink eye from me.
“I’m not pleased with you, Mom.”
As you can imagine, the whole ordeal was exhausting. So, I took her spot in bed.
I’m not sure when/if I’ll forgive her for this one.
I hope none of you have to go through this. Well, I know Ruby already did once when her Mom tried to steal her entire ear. Good luck to the rest of you, though!
The Adventures of Noodle 
Sam get’s his torture treatment this week so we can go to the hospital Noodle, if it’s any consolation. Feel better soon and forgive your mum-she just wants you to be comfortable and happy for the long haul. ❤︎

our mom’s are related… i bet.minde did the mustache of my dad too today, she said wait a minute and disappeared …. and furgot that half-cut mustache thingy ;o)

Oh this is horrible! It’s all definitely reportable to the Humane Society Peeps – they will put you on their list of “pups that need to be rescued” I’m sure! Poor haircuts, bleeding nails, bleeding scabs……..well, it’s pure and simple abuse! Hopefully by now the trauma you suffered through is but a distant memory – let’s hope you get some major treats out of this horrid experience!

Poor baby. I know you hate hearing “It’s for your own good.” I have been reading up on probiotics that might help with your allergies and will share with your Mom when I am done torturing, er, grooming two yorkie dogs this morning. Love, Mom #2

Oh, Noodle-buddy. I am so sorry about all the traumatic humiliations you had to undergo at the hand of your (unlicensed) mom. I hope you got lots of treats and cuddles afterwards, to make up for it. I noticed my mom giving my paws the skunk eye this morning, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting a nail trim soon.

It is not easy to cut squirmy dogs. Nails are the hardest. Thankfully, Sophie’s breeder removed her dewclaws at birth. It made life much easier. Suck it up old boy and stay still. It is what you have to do to be beautiful.

Unfortunately we’ve all had at least one “Mom” haircut and they weren’t any better than yours! Why do they do that to us!!!!! I will say you do look pretty cute still.

You have gotten so dramatic. You have to weigh the good against the bad. Your mom loves you, feeds you, keeps you clean, gives you a place to sleep. Remember when you were roaming the streets aimlessly? I think you can forgive your mom.

I can see why your upset Noodly Doodly but consider this “We all make mistakes” and I noticed in one of the photos she did cover you up. I think that was nice of her since you look naked.

Oh no sweets. The trauma of being taken care of is too much at times. You can always crash at my crib. I just have to put up with da-da’s snoring. Now that is trauma – snorts with piggy laughter. XOXO – Bacon

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! SAY IT AIN’T SO NOODLE!!!!! Sounds like your MOms and MY Ma took the same defective grooming course! OMD, there oughta be a LAW! Wells, at least you still gots your EARS!!! I cross my paws everytime I see those clippers! BUTTS, WAIT….the NAILS TOO??! Oh crap dude! Ma knows better than that! Then again, I am 60lbs of pure FIGHT, and she wouldn’t stand a CHANCE! BOL!!

Poor Noodle! I have to get my furs cut every couple months, but I go to see Miss Jacquie. Ghostwriter says it’s kind of expensive, but worth it. I hope you got lots of treats for that ordeal!
