Good morning, friends!
Wow! I haven’t been here in over a month! So much is happening so I’m just going to dive right in.
MACY
Doofus needs another surgery. On her OTHER leg for the same injury – torn ACL. It happens in more than 90% of ACL repairs. The other leg bears so much weight that it ends up getting damaged. She is scheduled to have the repair June 2.
ME
I’m being left! Abandoned!
Mom and Dad are going on vacation for the first time in 4 years. We were all supposed to be getting boarded but then Dad’s daughter volunteered to come stay at our house for the week. Rudee is still being boarded because he’s a handful.
I would like to point out that I was not invited on said vacation. As such, the girls and I have been trying our hardest to make Mom and Dad feel super guilty. Check out some of our best moves:
“But how can you resist my chocolate eyeballs?”
“I feel so alone in the world.”
“Look how tiny I am, Dad! I won’t take up much room!”
“Mom, I’m scared to be alone.”
Unfortunately, so far I’ve still not received an invitation.
OMD! I almost forgot. Guess who DID get an invitation?! CHENEY!!! The cockatiel gets to go and I don’t. It’s ridiculous.
*sigh*

Oh you can stay with me …imagine what crazy things we could do… we currently have anyway a serious diy-disaster, no one will notice our chaos hehehe I cross my paws for Macy and I hope everything goes well… and I wish your pawrents a wonderful howl-i-day… bet they will miss ya like crazy ;o)

So good to hear of you, I was wondering have you lost your blog. Your parents need a vacation, but it is not nice for you. But you can be the master of the house and take care of everything and everybody, so your parents will be happy, because they trust you. Keep my paws crossed for Macy.
If you feel really bad, you and Macy could fly here, it is not cold anymore and my mom and dad are at home. So welcome!

Lucy says start digging, Noodle, and she will start from this end. Oh wait, she already HAS started! Please tell your Mom to look online for a mesh brace for Macy’s leg that had the surgery to keep it from getting overstressed when she is recovering next time. And please tell your Mom and Dad I said to have a great time and lock up the valuables before they leave. Oh wait, they can’t lock you up….

Bummer not being invited along, N. But at least you get to stay home with a sitter and not spend the whole time in dog jail. That’s a plus. Keep us posted.

We think you will have fun while they are gone. Think of all you will be able to get away with! Your sitter will have no idea what you can do and aren’t supposed to do – – like roll in the dirt 🙂
