Hello, friends!
Macy went to her 6-week follow up on Saturday.
Mom was super hopeful that Macy didn’t screw up her leg and Macy seemed to be a bit unsure all of a sudden.
30 minutes and 2 x-rays later, Macy was told that she was healing perfectly. The disgusting, poky lump at the end of her incision is apparently the edge of the plate. Mom is still very suspicious about this.
Macy has to increase her exercise and is allowed to go on “supervised jogs” starting next week. My question is, who’s the funny guy that thinks Macy would “jog” unsupervised? Macy knows 2 speeds – sleeping and running. Speaking of running, she’s free to run in 10-14 days.
I would like to point out that I no longer want anything to do with Macy. The first month after her surgery was the BEST – she was crated, quiet, and didn’t bother me. Now she’s back to staring at me, barking in my face, pawing my face/head, biting my collar, and just being annoying! I’m over it. Anyone want a sister? Free to the first person/animal who comes forward!

Yay for Macy recovering. But what a bummer that she’s starting to annoy you. I have never had a sister, but if I did, I’d like if she was crated and quiet.

I’m, so glad that your dogtor had good news!!!! …and I would like to have a wild sister….so Noodle you can send her to me…. and we can place a bet how long it takes till my staff throws the towel in…. I say 10 minutes…what’s your guess?
