It’s hard to believe that it’s been 2 weeks since my girl is gone.

As if I wasn’t already in the middle of writer’s block before she passed, now she’s gone and I really have nothing to talk about. Plus, everyone is sad for me and that’s a weird feeling.

I’m glad we have today, though. A day of happiness and celebration. So, without further delay, I present to you our Treats for Lexi Day pictures:

Macy is a bit under the weather today so she had her treats in bed. I’m sure she would’ve preferred watermelon or honeydew but her tummy is only accepting snaps right now.

Molly was ready to perform every trick she knew to get what was in that bag. Molly has 2 favorite treats: T-Bonz and cheeseballs. Mom said it was too early for cheeseballs.

Finally, my turn!

Although I would’ve preferred fruit, I love these treats! I’m on a limited ingredient diet now so I couldn’t be picky. Look at my awesome “leave it” skills that I learned at school:

I know my Lexi would be proud of that. Leaving food alone might be the biggest challenge a dog EVER faces.

Anywho, we all miss you very much, my queen. I hope you’re smiling at all of our pictures while eating a McDonald’s cheeseburger and fries!

Macy, I hope you feel better soon and able to eat everything. Molly, we know it is NEVER too early to eat cheese balls, maybe just too early for Moms to make them. And Noodle, you did a fantastic job honoring Lexi, especially with that “leave it.” Here’s a video I made with Lexi showing how she played her favorite game, “Leave It Find It.” With your new skill, you can play it too. https://youtu.be/lcd1B9EddGE

    • Hi, Ruby! Personally, I think Mom was a little cheap with the treats. I mean, we hosted the event so we should have had tons to choose from, right? *sigh* One day she’ll learn. I did have a fur cut! 2 weeks ago, right before school started again. Thanks for the compliment 😀
      (Here’s Macy)
Hiiiiiiiiiii, Ruby! OMD! I ates a tiny piece of my Kong and it has my tummy upsetty-like. Mama said, “Macy, you are a glutton for punishment!” I don’t knows what that means but I didn’t like the tone of her voice when she said it. BOL! I never gave the name any thought. It IS silly! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
      (Here’s Noodle again)

Molly told me to tell you that she didn’t want to get into trouble for stealing the bag. She also told me to tell you that the computer makes her nervous so that’s why she’s talking through me.
