I got something that FINALLY makes my itchies stop!!!!
Those of you that know Sam and Ms. Monika over at Tails Around the Ranch might remember that they posted a homemade salve recipe a few weeks ago. Mom and I told them they should go into business making it and selling it to all the itchy pups of Blogville. Well, Ms. Monika, being the amazing Ms. Monika she is, sent me some of my very own salve! Not only did she send the homemade salve but she also sent a handmade card!
When Mom sees me itching, she reaches for the salve and amazingly enough, I don’t run away. I always run away from creams, sprays, drops and ointments. Not this one. She puts it on and I let her! AND it works right away. I LOVE the smell of it, too! I sniff myself after it’s on 🙂
So, Ms. Monika, this post is for you! Thank you from the bottom of my tiny Noodly Doodly heart for FINALLY giving me some relief!

It’s a winner, Cupcake! The only reason Mom didn’t make it right away herself was because she didn’t have all of the essential oils and it would’ve cost too much $ to gather them all. I hope you never need it but if you do, I hope it works! *ear licks*

They did go into business! I just ordered some from Camp Wander (their website) and can’t wait to get it for my itchy Shadow and my itchy self!

The people who wrote the recipe do sell it but we told Ms. Monika of Tails Around the Ranch to sell it to her friends here in Blogville. The company that is selling it is asking for quite a bit of money. I hope it works for you. Like I said, it’s working great for me! *ear licks* Noodle

It is expensive. I can’t say for sure but it seems to be helping my eczema. Our Shadow hasn’t gotten itchy YET so I haven’t tried it on him. Is it the same stuff?

Hi Noodle, I suffer from terrible itchies as well. This salve sounds amazing, and it looks like it’s so easy to make! Does it absorb all the way? Mom wanted me to ask, because I like to roll around on the carpet every time she puts something on me. Thanks for sharing this!

Hi! It doesn’t absorb entirely. Probably because of the oils that Ms. Monika added and it getting on fur not just skin. I say give it a shot, though! It’s worth it if the itchies stop, right?

Great! An end to the itch…..about time too. I wonder if it would work on a cat…Kali has dry skin due to her food allergy acting up. I wonder if the salve works on dry skin.

Nope! All of the ingredients are store bought and then the salve is homemade. Nothing prescription.
