The other night I had to have a bath. Getting to use my lion robe made it less painful.

I think Mom gets more enjoyment out of it than I do, though.

The whole reason I had to have a bath was because I was super itchy. That spray that Mom bought isn’t working as well as it was.

A sponsored product keeps appearing on Mom’s Facebook. It’s called Jax N Daisy. Have any of you used this? Mom wrote to the company to see if they’d send us a sample and in return we would do a review of it.

Moving along, today is the DEAD LION to sign up to host a Pawlympics event. If you want to host an event, head on over to Dory’s Backyard for more information on signing up.

You may recall that I will be hosting Raspberry Tossing a/k/a Tongue Curling. Please get your pictures in to me via email (Noodle4president@gmail.com) by July 15th!

Finally, my lovely lady, Lexi, has posted reason #10 why she should be elected Mayor. Run along and check it out now, okay? REASON # 10

About noodle4president

I was a discarded, lost little stray without a house or a family...until my mom found me. Now, I am the happiest, most loved dog in the whole world!

I hope a nice bath – hopefully with anti-itch shampoo and conditioner (Virbac Epi-Soothe Cream Rinse is what Mom uses on me) has made you feel more comfortable. Itchy isn’t fun – believe me I know and I feel for you buddy. And for your mom. I’m sure it’s hard to watch.

    Love and licks,

  2. Noodle Doodle, you look like a prize fighter in your lion robe, but way, way too cute for anyone to punch. Mom found that a soak in water as cool as she could stand helped Freda with her itchies.

  4. Wow! You get more baths than anyone I know! But I hope it helps the itchies get better. Joey and I are enjoying the fact that our groomer Miss Jacquie has been on vacation. We are a couple ragamuffins right now!

Oh, and sorry if we haven’t posted comments to some of your recent posts. Ghostwriter hasn’t been feeling well lately and is getting behind on things. We always love reading your doggie blog, though!

    • I used to get a bath once a week. Now I only get them once every month or two. Mom always thinks I’m cute when I’m fluffy until she sees me de-fluffed and realizes how much cuter that makes me. I hope Ghostwriter feels better soon. I know my Mom has been super exhausted lately. She’s trying to find out why. Hopefully we’ll know soon. *ear licks* Noodle

Sometimes the vet has samples to try before you buy something. We have not been plagued by itching. We have heard that there is a great new allergy pill. Apoquel. It is expensive. and seems to be hard to get because the manufacturer is limiting the production.

Tongue curling? Do y’all have a rule against pros entering?? Cuz I thinks Crockett is gonna win dis one… he can send in photos of “church tongue”, “curled tongue”, “Gene Simmons tongue”…. he has an entire catalog of razzes… bol, bol…

I don’t know ’bout dat product, but I has da itchies to beat all itchies… we’s tried allergy therapy ( I still gits sublingual allergy drops evfurry day) and all kinds of holyistikal therapies…

The one topical kind of spray, soap and cream dat has helped me sum is Dermacton… we gits it here…http://www.equinat-usa.com/cgi-bin/shopper.cgi?search=action&category=PETN&keywords=all

I uses da soap, da cream, and da spray… da salve is gud fur hotspots, or on places a pup has chewed. Whitley had gud skin, but when she got a hotspot, it fixed it right up.

    Itchies is da wurst.

Itchies ARE the worst. Way worse than baths!
