Man, I can just tell that this summer is going to ROCK!
Yesterday, Mom went to the beach in the morning. When she came home, she decided to take me (and me alone) into the pool.
I may look like I was enjoying it but I assure you I was not. I was just super thankful for the floaty so I didn’t have to be IN the water. BOL!
After that, Mom and Dad took me to Petsmart. I got to smell all of the other dogs who had been there AND all of the toys. I didn’t take any though. I know if I picked one out it would just get stolen by Macy or Molly. Toy hogs…..
Anywho, the most important part is that Mom picked out a new anti-itch spray that has witch hazel (?) in it. I don’t know who this witch is but she’s definitely magical. As soon as Mom sprayed it on, I stopped scratching. WHAT A RELIEF! If you’re interested, it’s Dog MD Maximum Defense Anti-Itch Spray (see here).
After Petsmart, we stopped at the grocery store. Mom and I stayed in the car while Dad got stuff for dinner. When he came out, he had surprises – white cheddar popcorn and nectarines. Mmmmm!
Mom secretly shared some popcorn with me 🙂
Finally, we came home, ate dinner, snuggled up for a movie and Mom and I fell asleep….at 6:00!!!! Oops! Sorry Dad but I’m super snuggly and Mom can’t resist my snuggles. We woke up just in time to see the end. BOL!

Well you may not have liked being in the pool BUT it does sound like you definitely liked your anti-itch spray! That’s wonderful because a guy can itch himself silly sometimes and if that helps – well, BRAVO!!!!! Happy Weekend!

Witch Hazel is amazing! Mom uses it on her face to take off make-up (what ever that is). In the old days it was also a skin toner, Mom says. You look funny on the pool floatie. Glad you had a wonderful day.

That floaty is a life-saver! It kept me from having to feel that water all over my little body.

Hi Noodle, sweetie. As you well know, I ‘m not crazy about the water either, but it is a good way to cool off. Glad your Mom was holding your raft steady. We are SOOO glad you found an anti-itch spray that works. Why don’t you write them and see if they will end you a case for endorsing it? He, he. I got to go to the Honda store with Mom today while she dropped off the mower for repair (again) and they were giving away pizza and Little Debbies and pop and other food stuff. Mom and the biker guy she was sitting at the table with fed me pizza bones!

I hate it so much if Mom doesn’t hold the raft! It gets all wiggly wibbly wobbly. I should write them and thank them for making my itchies stop. Maybe they would at least send coupons? Mom loves coupons. Pizza bones?!?!?!?! Those are the BEST!!!! Glad you had a nice day, my sweets 🙂

That was some super-duper adventure filled day, N! Wow! Mom will take a note of that anti-itchy spray. Just in case, plus for one of her friend’s dogs. You DO look like you’re having fun in the pool, but, yes. Thank goodness for the floaty-raft. Enjoy, buddy.

Matt, all my boo boos are healing now. The bottle says it doesn’t sting but Dad tried it on one of his itchies and he said it does but only for a second. It’s worth it.
