Well, we’ve each had 1 training session with Mom (on Monday) and Mom sees improvement in our listening already. She told us we’re supposed to have training every day but Tuesday she was so tired when she got home from work (lame excuse) and then on Wednesday it was raining and she had to make dinner as soon as she got home. The good news is we’ll get at least 3 straight days of training in tomorrow because Mom is off Fridays through Sundays. LOTS of treats!
I go back to the vet on Saturday for a follow-up to see if my colitis is gone. I so hope it is so I can have the delicious beefy treats the girls have been getting.
I really don’t think Macy should have anymore treats though. That girl is HEAVY! How do I know?
Well, she found it humorous to lay RIGHT on top of me and then proceeded to try to swallow my head! SISTERS! UGHHHH!
Molly just watched it all happen. No help whatsoever…
Oh, last night, Macy got a paw-dicure! Look:
Mom used non-toxic nail polish and Macy was amazed. At first she was all wiggly but when Mom and Dad started blowing on them so they’d dry, she decided it was okay.
Just waiting for her nails to dry.

I hope you get good news at your appointment on Saturday so you can have some yummy treats too. Macy is a very patient pup to sit and have her nails done…I can just picture the chaos if I tried it with our girls. 🙂

OMD, sounds like training is goin’ good…..and three days of TREATIES!!!! SCORE!!! I hopes you gets an ALL CLEAR from the vettie, so you can gets some of those GRADE A treaties!!! Oh, and those nails are PAWSOME!!! If I would tolerate Ma TOUCHING my talons, maybe I would gets that too! hehehehe
oh, and gurl…don’t lets anybody make funs of your ears! They do it to me all the times….they are very special, and I bets they improve your hearing, huh?! They’re just jealous…amirite

Those ears I am sure are great for hearing. I like carrots for treats. Momwithoutpaws says it does not put the weight on. So once in a while during training she gives me a mini carrot or a small piece of apple.

You have to buy kids nail polish because it’s non-toxic and dries fast. Mom says the only problem is that it peels off so it doesn’t last long. One person holds a paw, the other polishes 🙂
