I’m sorry I made so many of you worry. I AM FINE! Thank you for the messages.
Mom doesn’t know if the chicken bone passed but I’m acting normal and eating and drinking so they’ve stopped following me.
As for some of my other family members, they haven’t been as fine as me.
Last Tuesday, my Grandpa fell and bumped his head. Mom had to take him to the hospital to get his forehead closed up but no other major damage was done. He’s doing a lot better now.
Then on Thursday, Macy wouldn’t eat breakfast. While Dad was out of the house she had the poops in her crate. She didn’t eat her dinner and when Dad tried giving it to her a little later, she smelled it and threw up. A couple hours after that Mom saw that Macy wouldn’t stop licking her butt. Then Mom went in the bedroom and saw there were spots of blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Macy’s butt was bleeding. Nothing horrible requiring the ER but enough that she went to the vet on Friday – Gastroenteritis.
She got a shot for nausea, antibiotics (3/day), probiotics (3 tablets/3 x day), and then Mom had to cook her white rice and hard boiled eggs so she could eat 4 small meals per day.
After all of that, Mom needed an escape so she went to the beach.
Macy’s all better now and Mom feels more relaxed.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to get back to blogging!

And you dear Noodle, I is glad you’ve got over your Chicken bone in-seed-dent (butt, I like the fact yous keeping the whereabouts of the said chicken bone a secret, nudge, nudge, wink, wink eh?)
Paws crossed poor Grandpa’s head heals up quickly, hope he’s feeling okay

Hi Noodle…..I’m glad ev1 is doing better now. It’s been 4 months since I’ve been to visit you and it feels like 4 years. It’s a good thing we have video to see one another. I miss all of you. Love, hugs and ear scratches…..Grandma ❤

We are SO happy all are OK! Elsa used to get the GI issue from time to time and that’s no fun. Did you get to go to the beach with Mom? that would’ve been cool beans!

I’m not allowed to go. The nearest dog beach is about an hour away and I’ve never been. Mom said maybe she will take me this summer! Thanks for the idea. *ear licks*

WEll that is usually how it goes around our house, like mom has stepped on a mirror and gotten 7 years bad luck, we are glad all is well at your house, I wonder why you dreamed about us, how funny, we wish we lived close to a beach. stella rose

I didn’t throw it up. I don’t think. And if I did, I wouldn’t share it with Macy. Hey, my Mom said that it’s March and your Mom is supposed to be visiting her!!! They CAN go to beach together!

Your Mom falls, too?!?!?! That is scary! Grandpa wears a life alert button just in case he can’t get up or his neighbors don’t hear him. He’s never had to use it *knock on wood*. Does your Mom have someone who checks in with her every day? Living alone can be scary! *ear licks* Noodle

I am so happy you are all good with the chicken bone thing. We were worried about you since we didn’t hear from you. We are also happy Macy is feeling better. Your mom really needs some extra attention and maybe a few extra snuggles from you all!!

Mom looks comfy on the beach. You take care of her. Glad that everyone is feeling better. There must be something going around. Our mom is sick for the first time in about 30 years. The last time she had the chicken pox. This time there is a whole bunch of sneezing and coughing. She is keeping us awake at night with all of the noise.

Hi Noodle, we missed you! I’m glad you have privacy now when you have to potty. I’m sure mom and dad are glad they can give you that privacy.
I’m glad your grandpa is ok, I’m sure that scared everyone.
Poor Macy, when our Bess was a puppy she had a very sensitive tummy. we had to give her probiotic medicine in yogurt mixed with bran and she get the yogurt all over her ears and muzzle. She looked very funny. I am happy that Macy is better.
Mom’s quiet get away from it all place looks very pretty and restful. I’m glad she has that. Hugs and cuddles.

OMD!!!! Oh, the drama at your estate!!! I am so glads that Macy is okays…Ma’s Angel Annie had that happen all the time, and it never got easier. Always scary. I sure am glads that she is okays now!
Noodle…DUDE!!! I knows that the chickens are most tempting, butts you gots to leave the bones alone! Yikes! I am so glads that you are okays, and that everything passed..hehehehe…easily. That did happen to me once, and Ma was just as freaked out! So Ma does know how your peeps felt!
