Ow Ow Owwwww!

Mom and Dad have noticed that I have been scratching my eyes and ears on the corners of the walls. I usually do this when my allergies are bad from pollen. Well, my hair was really grown out…like, the longest Mom has ever let it get. So she knew it was time to groom me. She told me I was full of pollen and dirt. I don’t mind the dirt but that pollen stuff is awful!

When Mom was trying to groom me, I wouldn’t let her do my head or face or ears. I mean, I don’t normally let her do those spots but this time I was super adamant about her NOT doing them. Now she knows why.

There’s no brown stuff but it’s SOOOOOOOOO red and owwie! And it’s actually BOTH ears!

Not only are my ears all wonky but my head is all scabbed and raw. Mom is hoping it’s just allergies. During my bath she used shampoo and conditioner for itchies. After that, she used medicated ear wash and then put antibiotics in my ears. If they are still red on Friday and my head isn’t healing, I have to go to the doctor.

After my haircut and bath, Mom rubbed my head and ears for me. It was amazing:

My face and ears aren’t done because I wasn’t having anymore of that nonsense.

Mom was really trying to get a full frontal of my face for the before. She said I looked like an ewok. I just had to google ewok. How rude! (But very true. I was super fluffy in the face.) Also, I was barely spotted anymore. When my fur grows out, it covers all of my beautiful spots and that makes Mom sad.

Anyway, a little POTP for healed ears and head please. Mom’s not ready to start the whole finding-a-new-vet saga just yet.
