Every year Mom takes birthday pictures of me with the same birthday hat she made for me on my 1st birthday.

I had so much fun with all of you at my birthday party. Thank you all SO much for coming and for all of the nice birthday wishes.
Aside from my birthday party, I had lots of fun at home with Mom and Dad. Mom and I played with my favoritest toys…a lot! Then Jamison and I had a laser chase together.

I was SO tired after all of that playing that I HAD to nap!
When I woke up, it was dinner time. After dinner, surely there’d be ice cream or cake right?
Can you believe I didn’t get ANY ice cream or cake?!?!
Well, Mom made homemade mashed potatoes with dinner and because she didn’t buy me any ice cream or cake, I got to lick the big serving spoon. Mmm Mmm Mmm….SO DE-LICIOUS!
Saturday, Mom took me to visit Dad at the flea market. You will NEVER guess what I got there…
MY VERY FIRST PIG’S EAR!!! It was SO awesome! I was chewing on it the whole way home. I also tried to kill Jamison when we got home. He woke up and came over to sniff it while I was chewing on it.
I completely exhausted myself annihilating the ear and Mom wasn’t feeling so good so we did what we do best together: napped!
We were sleeping so peacefully when all of a sudden BAM! *RUMBLE RUMBLE* BAM!
A HUGE storm rolled in. As the lightning was striking right over our house, the thunder was booming at the same time. The storm was so crazy that there was tons of hail and the rain was going in all different directions. The winds were so strong that they busted out the metal plate on the screen door.
“What in the world?!”
Now I can be inside and outside at the same time!
Well, I’m off to go hide because another storm in rolling in. Hope everyone has a happy Sunday!

Oh that was interesting what funny things happened…. is that a magic door now like the one David Copperfield used for his show?
I like pigs ears too… and if someone comes between me and my ear… that someone better should run… the best is that I can hide the leftovers of that ear in my bed… the smell is overwhelmig and it smells stronger than the darned laundry softener, that’s pawfect!

Bwahahaha! Yes it’s MY magic door now. Omd mom almost threw up from the smell bol. She was very happy that I ate it on the floor and not the couch.

Hi Noodle, honey. I had a great time at your party, even if I did get there late.I guess your mom figured you had enough sweets at your party that you didn’t get any more. Bummer. Doesn’t she know enough is NEVER enough? And pig’s ears. One of my favorites. Sometimes I wonder if the pig can still hear without his ear…. Ohh, I hope Bacon doesn’t see this! BOL! Well, Ilex, I hadn’t given it much thought. I just asked Mom and she said she’s positive the piggy doesn’t need it anymore. When I asked how she knew, she said, “Oh would you look at the time! I have to go wash my hair!” You ladies sure spend a lot of time washing your hair!

Cupcake, I chased that light so fast that I ran into the counter after mom stopped filming. Almost broke my shoulder. I had the limps for a few minutes but then I was back in business. *ear licks*

I love your birthday hat tradition, Noodle! I’m so glad you had such a happy birthday. 🙂 Those bad thunderstorms are awful, they make me tremble and I have to sit in my mommy’s lap and lean on her hard. She hugs me and protects me and tells me everything will be okay and that helps. It’s really cool that you ended up with an indoor/outdoor window though! 😀

Thank you, Daisy! I love my birthday hat. Yeah, those storms are the worst. They didn’t used to scare me but now that Khia’s gone, I get scared of a lot of things. She was really big and was like my bodyguard. My Mom protects me but it’s just different.
My window is cool! You want to know something funny? I still made mom open the door for me when I wanted to come in! BOL!
