I made it! The fireworks didn’t kill me!!!

Just let me tell you….

I WAS DRUGGED! Mom gave me 2 of those calming bones and I didn’t shake or pant or hide one time! I was alert enough to notice the fireworks but drugged sedated enough to not really care.

Mom said I was acting like I could “see noises”. *snicker*

OH! Before I forget…***** WARNING!!! WARNING!!! ALERT!!!*****

There are these things. They are called strawberries. They are red and look delicious. THEY ARE NOT DELICIOUS! I was tricked! BEWARE! They come from the counter-top. The very same place where delicious watermelon comes from.

    Noodle, honey, I hope you aren’t doing drugs, cause I’m not allowed to date anyone who does drugs. You look really spaced-out. I told Mom it was just one of those c-a-l-m-i-n-g medicines like zanax or valium that you needed for your nerves. In any case I am glad you got through it alive and mostly unharmed. I wish I could have been there for you, boyfriend.
    I will eat your strawberries – I like them so much I stole one right out of the basket Dad was carrying in from the market. When Mom makes strawberry pie, I get most of the “tips.” ❤

    What? You don’t like strawberries, Noodle? They are one of Luke’s favorites and he gets them right out of our garden. But our girls are with you…they don’t like them either.

    Our crew got through the 4th OK too….we drowned out all the noise with fans and the TV (the humans were up later than they wanted to be though….who could sleep with the TV blasting?).

      Mom says I’ve had strawberries before and liked them. She thinks this one want sweet enough. I think she’s making it up. Glad everyone did good last night. Our TV was on really loud too and mom and went to sleep very late.

    Yeah you survived unscathed, I haven’t encountered fireworks yet, come Bonfire night I might be ‘under the influence’ though
    As for these strawberries you mentioned..I found /ate a whole stash in Mrs P’s was growing in the garden, lets just say she was underwhelmed by the 5 I left her Oooops

    Thank goodness you made it, N. I heard the fireworks, but they don’t scare me at all. Mom says it’s weird that I barely notice fireworks, but lose my mind when I see a balloon. Duh! Balloons are evil and deadly! Anybody knows that…
