My 1st Time Eating Peanut Butter
Ahhhh. I remember it like it was yesterday. I was just a little guy. 4 months old, I believe. I was sitting on the couch, minding my own business when I heard a certain noise. It’s hard to explain what it sounded like but it was the noise I now know to be the lid spinning off the peanut butter jar.
Mom called me into the kitchen. She was holding a spoon with a heap of creamy deliciousness on it. I took a little taste. OMD! WHAT was THAT?!?!?! The heavens opened, an angel came down, and the sounds of “Hallelujah” filled the air around me.
It was the single most delicious food I had ever tasted. To this day nothing beats it. Not even steak.

Peanut butter is THE BEST!! We only get it occasionally because some of us (Sammy) can’t handle rich foods.

Noodle, I remember my first time with peanut butter too… furst my momma ran trough 87 stores, it’s not easy to get peanutbutter on our side of the pond. and as she found it and brought it home, the Weimaraner said: no… thanks :o)

Oh yum, I’m drooling here! Mum puts peanut butter on chicken and calls it satay chicken, thats seriously yummy!

Crikey …… I remember my first taste of peanut butter. I LOVE it and Mum puts it in my Kong BUT the first I remember the most is ICECREAM!!! OMD I love that stuff. the first time I tried it was on my Birthday. I thought I was in heaven too.

Oh your first experience with p-nut butter went a whole lot better than mine did. It scared me that it was stuck to the roof of my mouth and I ran around the house like a mad man. I finally stopped and spent a good five minutes making a loud noise as my tongue TRIED to get the p-nut butter off the roof of my mouth!!! Well, I had BEGGED to try it when my Mom was eating a cracker with that on it – it smelled divine – but the fact it ATTACKED me – well – I haven’t asked for more since then!

I always get it in my mustache and sometimes it sticks to the roof my mouth but it’s NEVER attacked me before. Geez, no wonder you don’t want anymore! I’m glad you escaped!

Doggiess allwayss like Peenut butter! Mee not like it…mee reelly cannot remember anyfing frum mee early months. Mee reememburrss thee ferst time mee had a Greenie’s Katnip treet when mee came to live with LadyMum…..mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!

Noodle, the next time you visit me, I will give you a whole jar of peanut butter (there might be a little bit gone). Mom buys Reeses now. She puts my pills in it and tells me it is chunky peanut butter. I know better, but it is still too hard to resist.

I’ve never had that kind! I’ve had Peter Pan, Walmart brand, and Jiff. So far, I love them all!
