I don’t even know where to start or what to say. My baby is gone. We lost her at 7:30 last night. I can’t explain the hurt. I feel like my heart and soul have been ripped to shreds. She’s been my best friend for the last 14 years – since I was a freshman in high school. I can’t thank her enough for all of these years of unconditional love. Her love and kisses got me through so many rough times. Even in her last hour, as bad as it was for her, she was licking my tears away. I take comfort knowing that she can see again. She’s chasing lizards and can have all of the treats she wants now. Mommy loves you, Mya Beany. Please wait for me.

Oh darlin’ I am so sorry..i am all teary eyed..i know that pain..and sadly I know it will happen again..i see a 12 and 13 year old nw and I dread that time..but I know that Mya has been loved and I know that she is free from pain and I know that she has many many pups and kitties to greet her at the place where all special souls go..how blessed you were to have such a sweet friend…and how lucky swhe was to have you…all our love and hugs Bev xxxx

I’m so sad and so sorry…..we ALL had hoped that things were on the upswing and maybe that was just Mya’s way of trying to make all of us feel better – bless her heart. That unconditional love is what our little furry babies are ALL about….and their reluctance to leave us – even when their time has come – is so “telling” in that way. We send lots of hugs….I know even now she’s there with you in spirit to lick your tears away – and always will be.

In time you will be able to smile at the happy times you had with her. You will realise that you were probably the best thing that ever happened to her. You will know that she is now in a place where pain and suffering does not exist and one day, you may well meet again. In the mean time, please don’t forget the loved ones who are still with you. They may not be showing signs of the loss the same as you, but Mya was part of your family for so long that they will also be feeling rather lost without her around. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and we sincerely hope that, in time, we will be reading about the antics of Noodle and “the gang” once again. Take care. S & R

I’m so sorry. Nothing I could say will make it better. We pet people have all been through this, more than once. She was loved and had the best life a dog could have. I don’t think anyone could do more.

Dear samantha you did your VERY BEST for Mya! i think she rallied newa rthe end so you would not worry or feel as bad. Our beloved 4 leggeds always seem to do this for us; they LOVE us THAT much.
I am so sorry mya went off to Summerland…she is with Nylablue & all the rest or our beloved 4 leggeds & she is free of all pain. She is looking down on you with LOVE ❤

I am so sorry for your loss. Mya sounds like she was a wonderful, caring companion until the end. As you say, she is longer suffering. We had to take the same comfort in that thought two weeks ago when we lost our 15 1/2 year old black lab, Millie. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Mya.

Oh my goodness. I hadn’t realized you lost Millie. It felt like just yesterday I found comfort knowing I wasn’t the only one who got irritated when I should have been a little more patient. I am so sorry for your loss as well.

I am so very sorry for your loss of Noodle….he was such a blessing to you and you were such a blessing to Noodle too. I do understand how hard it is to lose our furbabies…they are part of our family and become a huge part of us. I lost my kitty Minnie Mouse last November, she was almost 18 years old and was always with me. I miss her so much….my only solace is knowing that I will see her again someday in heaven and I know she is ok now….sending you hugs, prayers and lots of understanding thoughts….HRCG
